Using MoneyWorks with Daylite

As your business grows linking Daylite Opportunities to your accounting system in an important workflow. Unfortunately due to limitations within the MYOB system the MYOB connector does not work for Australian Daylite users. Although this is a frustration we have worked with many clients to move them from MYOB to MoneyWorks and provided an integrated workflow in the process.

MOVE CONTACT INFORMATION BACK AND FORTH

Send Daylite organizations, each with 2 specially defined contacts, to MoneyWorks and mark them as customers (debtors) or suppliers (creditors). Once the link is established, you can update the records in either direction.

CREATE A DAYLITE ESTIMATE FROM PRODUCTS DEFINED IN MONEYWORKS

No need to import your product list, simply add them to the Daylite from MoneyWorks directly. Using opportunities in Daylite, track the estimate to victory and then send that won estimate to MoneyWorks as an order. Then fulfill the order using your standard MoneyWorks procedures.
