Clients
Add new clients from Billings Pro into MoneyWorks. Set the debtor code during export. Clients can be added to Billings from MoneyWorks also as well as taking clients from Daylite into Billings and MoneyWorks.
Synchronise Categories
The connector allows Daylite and Billings Pro categories to be sent over into MoneyWorks. This allows cohesive financial analysis in MoneyWorks using the same category codes as used in Billings Pro and or Daylite.
Retainers Management
Add your client retainers in Billings Pro and manage time recording and invoicing on a day-to-day basis in Billings Pro and send the transactions into MoneyWorks in a regular basis (weekly, Monthly and or quarterly) to be reconciled by the bookkeeper and accountant.
Sending Invoices
Quotes and invoices are generated and tracked in Billings Pro. These are then sent into MoneyWorks on a regular basis for reconciliation with the Bank accounts. These invoices can be sent over on any time basis that is required.
